TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Candidates for International Masterclass Croatia will be selected from the applications submitted and shall be notified of the results using the candidate’s e-mail address
- Applications cannot be accepted without an accompanying photographs
- Closing date for the applications is April 1st. However, places are limited, therefore it is advisable to apply as soon as possible
- The Administrator must be informed if a candidate has any allergy or other health problems, and an accompanying letter must be submitted
- The Directors reserve the right to retain all or part of the course fees in the event of the applicant’s withdrawal
- We accept withdrawal from the course up to 6 weeks prior to the beginning with full refund being issued except for €50 nonrefundable registration fee. All withdrawals up to the beginning of the course due to injuries will be accepted once the medical documentations is provided and student will receive a full refund.
- Organizer will not refund course fee once the visa documents have been supplied
- Final schedule for the course shall be posted on the notice board of the studios on the first day of the course
- All candidates must bring normal practice wear, and female candidates are expected to bring pointe shoes with them
- The organisers will not be held responsible for any damage or injury, however caused, to any person attending the course, nor for the loss of any property
- Students taking any medications must inform the office of their condition and bring an ample supply of their medication from their home.
- The Directors reserve the right to change the teachers or Artist in the event of illness or any other unavoidable causes
- No candidate can attend the course if carrying an injury prior to attending
- Travel insurance is not included in the course fee
