WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE COMING TO ZAGREB
HOW TO GET TO ZAGREB?
AIRPLANE - you will arrive to new Zagreb airport which is located 30 km from Zagreb's city center. You can take a taxi, Uber or the cheapest option, Croatia airlines bus, that takes you to the Central bus station in Zagreb. The bus leaves every 30 min in front of the terminal at the airport (TIMETABLE). After 8pm bus follows airport timetable.
TRAIN - you will arrive at the central railway station in Zagreb. Take the tram no. 6 (towards crnomerec) or no. 13 (towards rg bana Jelacica) & exit at the 2nd station (Trg bana Jelacica - main square). From there it's just a short walk to hostel.
BUS - main bus station is located in the city center (Držićeva street)
SUMMER SCHOOL LOCATION:
Address: Frankopanska 22
Ballet classes are held in Frankopanska ulica 22. Entrance is in the courtyard.
It`s one tram station from the main city square and two tram stations from the Hostel Bureau.
Trams 12 and 14 will take you from the hostel to Frankopanska street, but it`s even easier on foot.
Studios are open from 8am.
The majority of our students are staying in Hostel "Bureau" (Vlaška street 40).
It's just a short walk from the Main square (Trg bana Jelačića).
Rooms will be shared between 2 to 6 people. Hostel has air-conditioned rooms, wireless internet, cafeteria, 2 equipped kitchens and game rooms.
Linen and towels are provided.
Arrival is on Sunday, July 18th and departure is on August 1st. For those leaving after week 1, departure is on the 25th.
Breakfast and lunch are served in hostel.

Zagreb is an easy city to explore because of its efficient system of trams and busses.
30-min ticket costs 4 kunas and it can be purchased at Tisak kiosks.
Ticket must be validated when entering the tram. You can validate your ticket at the front or back ticket reader.
PLITVICE LAKES Tour
On Sunday, July 25th , we organize a tour to Plitvice lakes. Only 2 hours drive from Zagreb you will find yourself in this natural wonder, hiking around both the lower and the upper lakes, and taking a ride in electric boats.
Cost: approximately €60.
Price includes: transportation by bus and guided tour of the National park. Food and drinks are not included.
We leave at 8am and return at 8pm.
Please take comfortable walking shoes, food and water.
